I usually don't pull the trigger on a forum 'call for help' until I am am reasonably sure of what's going on and I was convinced that I had a Win 10 compatibility issue and am still not sure exactly what happened. I'm totally confused & embarrassed because I have corrected my problem by replacing hardware. Please let us know on the status of this issue. Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:
